CuisineThe restaurant “Il Redentore” stresses the importance of the Mediterranean tradition, without sacrificing the flavours of Sardinian cuisine custodian of influence left by our nuragic ancestors, phoenixes, Catalans, Genoese and Pisan.
The cuisine is based on Mediterranean foods of local origin. Its rich and varied menu is plenty of local meat, fish and lobster dishes of rare delicacy (roe spaghetti and risotti of various kinds). Our chefs and their helpers, guiding the kitchen of the “Il Redentore” by providing their knowledge, practice and rigor in both the management of food and in the selection of raw materials. Each product is purchased from selected suppliers. |
